Conduct we don't accept

When our liability is limited

If you purchase products or services from us, separate limitations and exclusions of liability will apply under our Terms and Conditions and Lease Agreement.

If you are a business user of our Site, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that may apply to the Site or its Content. Subject to the above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage of any kind, whether under statute, contract, equity, tort (including negligence), indemnity or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the Site or its Content.

If you are a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and any defective digital content we have supplied damages a device or digital content belonging to you, and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage within a reasonable period or pay you compensation. We will not be liable for damage caused by your failure to have in place the minimum system requirements advised by us.

Which laws govern these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts operating in England and Wales, except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
